Lost Orders
If your order is deemed ‘lost’ by our shipping carrier, we will dispatch a replacement to you at our expense or offer you a full refund via PayPal.
Order Modifications or Cancellation
You cannot modify or cancel your order on your end. After your order has been placed, you have 12 hours to contact us and request order modifications or cancellation. After 12 hours, your order will have been put into production and can no longer be modified.
Return Policy
Returns
All returned items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached. All returned items must be accompanied by the Packing Slip and customs documents (if applicable).

It is very important that you read the description of each item before you place your order. There is a sizing chart available on site so you can choose your correct size. It is also of equal importance that you provide us with your correct information before you finalize your order.
We do not accept any returns or exchange items that were ordered incorrectly (e.g. size/color, wrong address, or an incomplete address).
We do not refund returned orders due to the “addressee unknown” status. It is the responsibility of the buyer to include the correct shipping information including but not limited to the addressee’s name.
We also do not refund orders that have been verified as delivered by the tracking carrier. Best to have your customers contact the local post office for those cases or file a claim with the delivery company:

US national orders: You have up to 30 days from when the order is shipped to file a claim with Gmarket customer support via mail support@gmarketus.com
On the other hand, if we sent you the wrong order, kindly let us know as soon as possible so that we can send you the correct item. In the instance of our error, you do not have to return the item. You can keep it!
Refunds Policy
When your item qualifies is eligible for refund (see conditions in RETURN POLICY), we will refund for you within 5 business days.
Your refund will be issued to PayPal account you used to order.
As the refund is a reversal of your payment, we can only send it back in the same way it was received. Reversing a payment in this way is the fastest and most secure way to get the refund on its way back to you.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your PayPal account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
All products go through a quality control check before being sent to you – But just in case read below!
If the product encounters one of the problems below when you open the package, let us know by taking a picture and email us directly with your order number.

Damaged due to delivery
The order is not in the right size, color or style compared to the order.

Please contact us with your order number and a clear photo showing either the incorrect item or the damaged area of the item and sent to email support@gmarketus.com
Once the issue is verified to be correct, we will send you a replacement product.
